Backstory: Luna came from a loving family. Her mother was a witch and her father was a wizard and they were both rather... eccentric. Luna's mother, in particular, liked to preform experiments with potions and such. When Luna was nine, her mother died in a tragic accident involving one of her experiments. Though this makes Luna sad, Luna is not mopey most of the time and is determined to remember being happy with her mother rather than sad. Luna's father writes and publishes his own newspaper, The Quibbler, which is mostly rubbish but which Luna believes wholeheartedly anyhow. Luna is a spacey, standoffish but not brisk or mean and very, very honest.
